GW Pharmaceuticals has been running clinical testing on a medication called Epidiolex, which is CBD based and used to treat seizures. In order to sell the product in the United States, the medication must be approved by the FDA. GW Pharmaceuticals expects to win approval and the FDA still refuses to attribute any benefits to CBD products.
